Select Undergraduate if you plan to study a Bachelor’s degree or first entry diploma.

Select Graduate if you plan to study a Master’s degree or post-graduate diploma (PGD).

Read the Declaration when you are able to focus and ensure all is clear.

If it is not clear, and you have some questions, please contact the CUAC office responsible for your file.

Once you are clear on everything and agree with it, then sign the Declaration by entering your name at the end of the document.
